David French opened the first French's Catering in Tewksbury, Massachusetts in 1973. Since then, he and his team have added various locations throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

David French is a 1993 graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where he received a degree in Culinary Arts. David has worked for the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge, as a Banquet Chef for Harvard Business School, and as Executive Sous Chef for the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. He was also employed at Aramark, where he specialized in large volume functions ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 guests.

While working in Boston, David also traveled around the country and worked in several cities, including New Orleans, Philadelphia, and Las Vegas. He has also been employed by companies such as Budweiser and Toyota. David brings a vast knowledge of international and regional cooking to French’s Catering, and he often tells customers, “If it’s not on our menu, we can still make it.”
